The video tutorial is taken during the decoration of the diamond-shaped dress of the previous post. There are not many explanations to give, the steps are easily understood.
  The knit stitch is, in my opinion, a very simple stitch to embroider. For full decorations on stockinette stitch it is ideal;
 it is more beautiful and easier than cross stitch even if the comparison is not feasible since they are combined with different fabrics: knit one and woven the other.

Sometimes you can use the same cross-stitch patterns, you can also find patterns for knitting stitches, but making them yourself is not difficult considering that we have easy-to-use design programs available. I'm not talking about special programs but about those already present in the computer or open source ones, which I have already suggested to you in the past.

Using a cross stitch pattern for the knitting stitch, the design will be flattened because the shape of the stitches is not square but 'rectangular' or rather the 'V' of the stitches usually have a greater width than height; just look at the references on the balls: to make a 10x10 cm square the number of rows is greater than that of the stitches, limiting ourselves to knitting in stockinette stitch using the indicated needles; with a too 'soft' knitting with much larger needles it is better not to consider the idea of embroidering it with this stitch; my opinion is limited to the sphere of the most classic decoration ... then everyone does as he wants and it is not certain that some masterpiece does not come out.
