GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Commercial relations between eklektika and customers are governed by the following conditions of sale.
To place an online order implies the full acceptance of the following conditions.
The prices shown in the eklektikastore.it online catalog include VAT. The delivery and packaging costs are excluded, it remains at customer's charge and is calculated based on the weight and / or volume of the items.
On our online shop it is not possible to buy quantities of goods higher than those available in stock; for specific requests of products not present in the catalog or for more quantity than those available, times and availability will be referred to the customer by e-mail, after which the customer can decide whether or not to proceed with the order.
Requests for rhinestone transfer (names, text, motif, logos, various decorations) must include an indication of a measure, and an image file can also be sent; the quotation and the graphic draft are free, the answers are quick and the time of realization, for one or a few pieces, are very short 1-3 days, depending on requested quantity.
The prices on the site can be changed at any time, without prior notice and without any penalty.
The possible payment methods are:
ADVANCED BANK TRANSFER: the goods will be sent after receipt of the bank transfer, to speed up the shipment you can send a copy of the payment slip by e-mail to info@eklektikastore.it;
CREDIT CARD / PAY PAL: payment by credit or debit card or paypal balance; simple to use, secure, with immediate credit; the prepaid card can also be used. Payment is made on secure pay pal server; after payment do not close the browser or go back from the browser arrows but follow the link on the paypal page.
POSTEPAY RECHARGE: currently not available on the site but can be requested by e-mail order (only for payment from Italy).

Eklektika declines all responsibility for malfunctions or direct or indirect damages deriving from external factors and / or improper use of the products.
The technical information on the products are those indicated by the manufacturer.
Eklektika guarantees that its products are sent free of defects. If defects are found it is necessary to inform the e-mail address info@eklektikastore.it as soon as possible.
We try to produce images that correspond to real colors, but it is possible that, due to lighting conditions or monitor settings, exact matches are not always obtained.
For VAT purposes, indirect e-commerce transactions are similar to mail order sales and, therefore, are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice (if not requested by the customer no later than the time of operation), as provided by the article 22 of the dPR n. 633 of 1972, nor to the obligation of certification by issuing the receipt or the receipt in accordance with article 2, letter oo) of the decree p. December 21, 1996, n. 696.
The sales proceeds are recorded in the register provided for by article 24 of the decree D.P. n. 633 of 1972.
Invoices are sent in electronic format, to receive paper invoices insert the request in the comments to the order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
The request to Eklektika of personalized articles implies the acceptance of the
following assumption of responsibility by the customer:
The customer is solely responsible for the creation of personalized items from
he ordered and on his behalf made by the Eklektika company of S. Luciani, e
relieve Eklektika from any responsibility deriving from the realization e
from the marketing of the articles made or ordered by him.
In particular, the user is fully responsible, in front of Eklektika and others
third parties, in the case of realization and marketing of articles containing
material protected by Copyright, other intellectual property rights or
industrial.
Eklektika is not obliged to select the material sent by the customer for the
creation of personalized items or to verify the methods of use.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 21/14, our customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of goods.
The withdrawal must be notified by registered letter r.r., indicating the order number.
It is possible to anticipate the decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail. In any case within two days must follow a registered letter r.r ..
within 14 days, the customer must return the goods intact and in the original packaging. The shipping costs for the return are charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal for distance sales can not be applied for the supply of goods cut to the meter at the request of the consumer and in any case to all those goods personalized or modified according to the instructions of the purchaser.
Return of the product
The property must be returned, at the expense of the consumer, in a normal state of conservation.
The return of the object must take place via traceable shipping.
The costs for returning the product are charged to the customer who will still have to use a traceable shipping method.
The amount paid for the purchased product will be fully refunded to the consumer.
The reimbursement to the consumer will take place within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and will take place according to the procedures agreed with the customer.
Any damage, tampering or use other than the designated one will invalidate the right of withdrawal.
The right of rethinking does not apply to purchases made with VAT, and to products cut or prepared at the request of the customer.
