Your order will be delivered by SDA / Italian postal service CRONO (with tracking number), normally order is processed within 1-3 working days after received payment. Products made to order delivery times are communicated via e-mail.
Shipping cost vary depending on total weight of the order and type of carrier, the first band (up to about 2 kg including packaging) costs € 6.90; the second band (up to about 5 kg) € 8.40 ... prices are the same throughout Italy; For orders over € 80.00 shipping is free. We don't deliver to Livigno and Campione d'Italia.
For package in flat envelopes (max A4 and 2 cm thick) of small orders, priority Posta1 is available at a cost of € 3; this shipment is left in the mailbox and can not be monitored, but has an identification code that confirms delivery; it can not be combined with the mark or insured. Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days depending on the destination.
After shipment you will receive confirmation email with the data for monitoring (where available).
The insurance is not included in the above rates and is optional at the customer's choice the cost is € 3.00 for goods valued up to € 250.00, for higher values we add the cost of 1% of the value of the goods.
It is mandatory for private customers to indicate the telephone number. In absence of a telephone reference, the courier will return the goods to the sender after the 2nd warning left in case of failure to resolve the deposit. In this case the customer will be charged for the related expenses. A new delivery attempt after the second involves the charge of storage and return (€ 12.00).
Delivery is made to the street level; it is not foreseen the delivery by appointment or in very restricted times, it is possible to indicate in the comments to the order the closing day or the working hours of the shop or company; it is possible to indicate a delivery address different from your home, use this option to let you deliver the goods where you are most easily available.
The goods travel at the risk and peril of the customer even when delivered carriage free, it being understood that each shipment is performed on behalf of the customer. It is up to the customer to make complaints on receipt for delays, errors, breakages, shortages that occur for any reason, to the carrier. Therefore, the customer must take care to check, reporting on the document the words 'pick up collecting with reserve' in case of damaged package.

In the European Union, in other European or non-European countries, shipping is done with international postal services: International Chrono, Postapriority International, international registered mail.
